Invitation for Referral Affiliation
Flat Price Broker would like to offer you an invitation to become an affiliate for referrals.
All TREC licensed brokers in Texas may join our growing community of professional Affiliates. Flat Price Broker is able to offer client referrals to local affiliate brokers, and does not set or control fees or commissions you charge to the clients you serve. These referrals become your clients to serve in the future. We do not chase our clients, although they are included in our follow-up emails and are always welcome to use our services again. Flat Price Broker extends this free invitation to become an affiliate of Flat Price Texas as this helpful network expands.
Flat Price Broker has adopted Policies and Procedures that should be reviewed by our Affiliate Brokers and their sponsored agents. Our Independent Contractor Referral Agreements, Limited Services Addendum (sample), and Broker Checklists are also provided for your review. Flat Price Broker will follow transactional progress, but Affiliates have full control of the management of tasks and services to be performed. The Affiliate relationship does not create a partnership with Flat Price Broker. Specific clients and property assignments for both buyers and sellers are forwarded and agreed by each party on a case-by-case basis.
