Buyer’s Representation – What we offer

If you have decided on a specific property,  Flat Price Broker offers a choice of buyer’s representation arrangements. These reduced-cost plans are designed for buyers who have pre-selected a home or contacted one of our Sellers and wish to make an offer. We have other agreements that can help locate and purchase any home you wish. However, this specific plan is for representation on the home you want and does not include locating and showing additional properties.

Any buyer’s representation agreement provides the assurance of having a dedicated broker involved on your side before the contract is finalized. The broker defends and protects the buyer’s best interests in negotiations and provides assistance with contract provisions. A buyer’s broker also coordinates access arrangements for inspectors, appraisers and surveyors. An aspiring buyer’s broker may also provide useful recommendations to help in navigating the lender selection and loan application processes.   

In addition to providing arrangements as a facilitator-type intermediary, Flat Price Broker has developed relationships with a number of independent, reliable, local brokers to assist. These professional Realtors have agreed to provide reduced-cost representation agreements for buyers that have decided on a specific property.
